The goal of the UAB 10x10 course is to provide students with an introductory course on the role of informatics and IT in healthcare delivery. The course introduces the student to the organizational and financial context in planning, implementing and evaluating healthcare IT. It will also discuss the legal and ethical context for the management and use of healthcare IT.
